Barrel Maker

The carefully selected heritage and American apple varieties are blended, then oak aged, creating a complex flavor of distinct aromas including vanilla, cloves, and brown sugar. This limited handcrafted cider produces a distinct flavor that will satisfy any cider connoisseur.

Kingston Black

Dating back to 1851, British cider makers consider Kingston Black “one of the most valuable cider apples” in England. The juice from the Kingston Black is of the highest quality providing the perfect balance of tannin, sweetness and acid. This cider is rich with baked apple and caramel notes.

Kingston Black – Special Club (Club Only)

We’re proud to release our 1st Special Club cider, a Kingston Black single-varietal barrel fermented and aged for several months in American and French oak. Notes of butterscotch, caramel, dried apricot, with a light toast.

Imperial

Two K Farms is proud to release its first Imperial Hard Cider! Made with apples grown at our farm in Leelanau County, this libation is well-rounded with flavors and aromas of apple skin, quince, green tea, orange marmalade and wildflowers. Coming in at 8.4% ABV, lightly tannic with a dry finish. This cider is fit for any King or Queen!

Ellis Bitter

English cider apple, exact origin is unknown, but first planting recorded in Devon. Soft acidity, chalky tannins, and vanilla.

Russet

A blend of four russeted apple varieties: Golden Russet, Roxbury Russet, Hudson Golden Gem, and Pommes Gris. Medium-bodied, pear, green apple, and banana.

Esopus Spitzenburg

Esopus Spitzenburg, an American heritage apple variety from Esopus, New York. Discovered towards the end of the 18th century. Rumored to have been Thomas Jefferson’s favorite apple, planted at Monticello’s South Orchard. Notes of passionfruit and grapefruit. If you’re a fan of Sauvignon Blanc, this cider is for you!

Rosé

This Rosé cider is unlike any other Rosé! It is made from a blend of four different red-fleshed heritage apple varieties including Redfield; and, the Michigan State University bred Otterson. The Rosé cider has a bright pink color with a balanced candied fruit and watermelon notes, and a delicate body and full mouthfeel.

Harrison

American cider apple variety from New Jersey. Thought to have been extinct until 1976, when cuttings from one tree were grafted. All modern Harrison trees can trace their origins to this one tree. Baked apple, custard, vanilla, and lemon.

Macoun

Known as the ‘East Coast Honeycrisp’, Macoun hails originally from New York. A common sight at road-side fruit stands. The McIntosh and Jersey Black apples are the parents of this variety. Bright acidity, honey, and a crisp finish.

Pommeau

Pommeau is a traditional fortified wine from Normandy. A blend of three parts apple juice (Harrison and Baldwin) and one part Brandy, aged for one year in barrel. A truly delectable beverage with notes of butterscotch, vanilla, and baked apple.
